I have been waiting for an overseas order and it arrived in the UK weeks ago but still hasnt arrived to me. From April to June and not recieved.
Im ok with long delays BUT IM NOT OK with delivery not being looked into and gicen an explanation for delays. This company responded to me by fobbing me off. Telling me to wait and repeating that and saying get back to us on this date and still doing nothing when I did.
I was at the point of begging for the them to assist as it hadbeen in my country of destinstion for weeks but wasnt with me still.
I couldnt chase it up as the website didnt allow.
Even when I complained a few times I was not happy I was told I should chase it up which I had already been doing. Its like my emails were not being read at times. Its rude. Customer service is lacking.
Still today 2nd June and no delivery... they are disrespectful to me as a long term customer and I spend over $500 US dollars on these items alone. Never mind the VAT etc that I will get charged for import.
Ive used them for years and NOT anymore as they were OK being unpleasant back to me when I wasjust asking for assistance.
I do not reccommend thrm. Ive a choice of Farfetch, Matches, ASOS which I will continue to use. Not more business frommeasI do not believe disrespecting customers. They should be treated individually and with respect espacislly during these bleak times when you should appreciate clients more when competition is rife.
No more business from me and I personally would NOT RECOMMEND THEM to overseas shoppers.
Purchased Robert Clergerie shoes. Fake. Paid $280AU as indicated but without my knowledge until I looked at my bank statement was charged another $160 for duties taxes etc. what a scam. Will never purchase again.

I ordered over two months ago (international delivery). I have not yet recevied my package and the tracking system stopped updating a month ago. When I ask them what should I do I only get the response to wait for it. Not accaptable. Trust me I will never order from shopbop ever again!
I made a purchase of Levi's jeans for $ 68 + shipping 15$. The item arrived and its turns out to be to large and really not flattering.
And now the Shock Effect, so now i want to return the item and it turns out I'll have too pay a $ 65 fine (the amount is depending on the country) the absurdity is that if I send the item back I will not get a refund and I'll probably have to pay extra
Simple Math I paid $ 68 + $15 shipping and now I'll have to pay $ 65 fee + shipping. I ask to exchange an item - they refuse
I asked for a fair solution, and all I got was a laconic answer and a lot of "unfortunately, but we can not..."
I order from lots of sites ASOS, revolve, even SHEIN I have never seen such a policy

Return process is a nightmare. The return labels use USPS. It takes weeks to arrive and no tracking. Basically, you put hundreds of dollars in the mail and there’s no guarantee you’ll ever see your money again.
Extremely poor customer service. Terrible shipping courier. The tracking information hasn't been updated for 5 days. It's been 15 days but I have no idea where my package is.
Think twice before you shop anything from this lousy company!
I have had no problems with my previous purchases from Shopbop . But this time , it’s been terribly frustrating. I ordered 6 days ago and item still has not shipped. And I only get vague impersonal responses from customer service. I haven’t a clue what is going on. No happy and will think twice before ordering again
Overpriced (same jacket/long parka Adidas Stella Macarthy) on other online store Matches is $70 cheaper). You have to pay postage for returns which take ages to proccess. They charge you in USD so you have to pay for transaction fees plus import tax plus GST) Poor customer service - they list numerous sizes under L but dont provide any guidance about the actual dimensions. Hence their size "L" could be UK 16 and also UK 18. Their customer service just doesnt know which...Really bad shopping experience.
This for me is perhaps the worst online store . Bought a pair of shoes last week . Got a confirmation mail and till now noting else . There is no way of tracking my order . Keeps rejecting my password . Sent mails and several complaints yet no one has deemed it fit to respond. Their international phone line does not work . This is so so shameful to say the least . Other online retailers can be reached and orders can be tracked .why is shopbop different? A complete overhaul is needed . Pathetic!

I used to love shopbop - prompt delivery, great service but my last order has been a shambles. First they sent me the wrong item which has never happened before. They did organise to send the correct item immediately and I sent the wrong item back. I ended up sending the correct item back too once I received it as it wasn't right but even though shopbop has now received it 10 working days ago (confirmed with the DHL tracking number), I have not received an email from shopbop confirming they have received it and have not received a refund either.
I have emailed shopbop several times and they reply quickly and say they're looking into it but still nothing! I want my money back!
I live in Canada, bought something off this site & the price came up to me in CAD and I made sure CAD is written beside it so I assumed that’s the price. However I got charged for the USD transfer. That’s considered fraud and I’ll make sure to write that review everywhere
1st time order on 12 Jan 2021 and Shopbop cancelled my order without any notice. A week later, I contacted customer service and they said my Amex card didn't go through and locked my account. But at least should send me an email to let me know since my account was locked.
2nd time order, they send me an EMPTY BOX! Thought of any stealing happened in between. Used the scale to measure the weight of empty box + package which perfectly matched with DHL's indicated weight, it means Shopbop sent me empty box!
Contacted Shopbop customer service and required to send back the same item as it's a gift for my sister whose birthday just few days away. Soon they told me, yes they made the mistake and would be "Happy" to refund me. Because they charged me in USD currency, I even have to bear the difference of exchange rate charged by the credit card company.
It's the worst online shopping experience I've had. The customer service asked if I preferred to have refund and my answer was "I'd like to re-deliver the item". But they sent me a refund email right after and said "happy" to refund me. Then why bother to ask if I want to have refund?
I spent time to search for the gift and gave enough time for delivery but ended up with such horrible shopping experience with Shopbop. I would never ordered from Shopbop again. And if you are reading and consider buying gift from Shopbop, re-consider it!
